Our products are soft plush pillows and plush toys made with plush fabric and PP cotton filling. Each product page lists the material, dimensions, weight, and available colors. These items are decorative throw pillows for home use. They are intended for cuddling and decoration, not rough play, and they are not medical devices.
Shipping
We currently ship to addresses in the contiguous United States. Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping fee of $7.99. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before payment.
The daily order cutoff is 2:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. An order paid before 2:00 p.m. Central Time on a business day enters processing the same business day. An order paid after 2:00 p.m. Central Time, or on a weekend or U.S. public holiday, enters processing on the next business day. Processing is then generally 1–3 business days. After processing, standard transit is generally 5–10 business days. The estimated total time from payment to delivery is 6–13 business days. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates.
Returns
Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Approved returns are sent to 1773 E Mission Blvd, Fayetteville, AR 72703. Please email us before sending a return. Full terms are in our refund policy.
