1. Return Period
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of the date the order is delivered.
If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we may not be able to offer a return or refund.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item should be in its original condition and should not have been unnecessarily used, washed, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Where reasonably possible, please return the product with its original packaging and accessories.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs showing the issue.
3. How to Request a Return
Before sending a product back, please contact our customer service team at service@aethernco.shop.
Please include your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant photographs or information.
We will provide return instructions if your return request is approved.
Please do not send a return to the business address listed on this page unless our customer service team specifically instructs you to do so.
4. Restocking Fee
Aethernco does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.
5. Return Shipping Costs
For a return due to a change of mind or another reason unrelated to a product defect, the customer may be responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us before returning the item so that we can review the issue and provide appropriate return instructions.
6. Refunds
Once an approved returned item is received and inspected, we generally process the refund within 3–7 business days.
The refund will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
After we process the refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider, card issuer, bank, or other financial institution.
7. Refund Amount
For an approved return, the amount refunded will be determined according to the circumstances of the return and the applicable terms of the original order.
Original shipping charges, where applicable, may not be refundable when the return is due to a customer's change of mind or another reason unrelated to an error or defect.
8. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us promptly at service@aethernco.shop.
Please provide your order number and clear photographs or other information that helps us understand the issue.
9. Exchanges
We do not guarantee direct exchanges for all products or sizes. Depending on product availability, we may instead provide another appropriate resolution, such as a return and refund.
