Refund policy

This policy explains returns and refunds for orders placed at aethernco.shop. Aethernco is operated by Hangzhou Hanxuan Textile Products Co., Ltd.
1. Return period
We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. If more than 30 days have passed since delivery, we may decline the return.
2. Return conditions
To be eligible, the item should be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered, with the original packaging and accessories where reasonably possible. Items that have been unnecessarily used or damaged after delivery may be refused.
3. How to request a return
Email service@aethernco.shop before sending a product back. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and photos if the item is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered. We will reply with return instructions if the request is approved.
Do not send a return until we approve it. Do not send returns to the registered address in Hangzhou, China.

5. Restocking fee
Aethernco does not charge a restocking fee for an approved return.
6. Return shipping cost
If you return an item because you changed your mind, you pay the return shipping cost. If the item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, contact us before returning it. After we approve that claim, we will provide a prepaid return label or reimburse the reasonable return shipping cost.
7. Refunds
After an approved return is received and inspected at the Fayetteville address, we generally process the refund within 3–7 business days. The refund is issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls how long the credit takes to appear.
8. Refund amount
An approved return is refunded for the item price. The original shipping charge is not refunded when the return is for a change of mind. If we shipped the wrong item, or the item is damaged or defective, we refund the item price and the original shipping charge you paid.
9. Exchanges
We do not guarantee a direct exchange. If the requested size or color is available, we may offer a replacement. Otherwise the resolution is a return and refund.
