1. Shipping Destination
Aethernco currently ships orders to addresses within the United States.
2. Shipping Rates
- Orders of $50 or more: Free standard shipping.
- Orders below $50: Flat shipping fee of $7.99.
The applicable shipping charge, if any, will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Business days are Monday through Friday and do not include applicable public holidays.
During periods of high order volume, promotions, holidays, or other circumstances that increase fulfillment demand, processing may take additional time.
4. Shipping and Delivery Time
After an order has been processed, standard shipping within the United States generally takes approximately 5–10 business days.
The estimated total time from successful payment confirmation to delivery is generally approximately 6–13 business days.
These are estimated delivery timeframes and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, weather, holidays, transportation conditions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
5. Tracking Information
When tracking information is available, it may be provided to the customer by email or through the order information associated with the purchase.
Please allow some time for tracking information to become active after the carrier receives the package.
6. Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an incorrect address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at service@aethernco.shop.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist before the order is shipped, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after fulfillment has begun.
7. Delayed or Lost Packages
If your package appears to be delayed, please first check the tracking information provided by the shipping carrier.
If you believe your order has been lost or there is another delivery issue, please contact us at service@aethernco.shop and include your order number.
