Shipping questions

Orders ship from 1773 E Mission Blvd, Fayetteville, AR 72703 to the contiguous United States. The daily order cutoff is 2:00 p.m. Central Time on business days. Orders paid before the cutoff enter processing the same business day. Orders paid after 2:00 p.m. Central Time, or on a weekend or U.S. public holiday, enter processing on the next business day. Processing is generally 1–3 business days. Standard transit is generally 5–10 business days. Orders of $50 or more ship free. Orders under $50 have a $7.99 shipping fee, shown at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery. Email service@aethernco.shop before sending anything back. We do not charge a restocking fee. After an approved return is received and inspected, refunds are generally processed within 3–7 business days to the original payment method.
