Order and Shipping Questions

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

Standard shipping within the United States generally takes 5–10 business days after the order has been processed.

Orders of $50 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Orders below $50 are charged a flat shipping fee of $7.99.

Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns may be requested within 30 days of receiving an order, subject to the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Aethernco does not charge a restocking fee for approved returns.

After an approved returned item has been received and inspected, refunds are generally processed within 3–7 business days. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
