These terms govern use of aethernco.shop and purchases made through it. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the shipping, refund, and privacy policies published on the site.
1. The seller
The store name is Aethernco. The seller is Hangzhou Hanxuan Textile Products Co., Ltd. (杭州涵轩纺织品有限公司), Room 406, Building 2, No. 32 Tangning Road, Yunhe Street, Linping District, Hangzhou, Zhejiang 311103, China. U.S. orders are fulfilled from 1773 E Mission Blvd, Fayetteville, AR 72703, United States.
2. Products
We sell plush pillows and plush toys. We try to show descriptions, images, dimensions, colors, and materials accurately. Actual color can vary slightly by screen and lighting. Dimensions and weights on the product page are the figures that apply to that item. These products are decorative household items. They are not medical devices and are not sold to treat any condition.
3. Pricing and payment
The price shown on the product page is the item price at the time of purchase. Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more to the contiguous United States, and $7.99 on orders under $50. The shipping charge is shown at checkout before you pay. We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, a price is posted in error, or payment cannot be confirmed. If we cancel after payment, we refund the amount paid.
4. Shipping
The daily order cutoff is 2:00 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. public holidays. An order paid before the cutoff enters processing the same business day. An order paid after 2:00 p.m. Central Time, or on a weekend or U.S. public holiday, enters processing on the next business day. Processing is then generally 1–3 business days, and standard transit is generally 5–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Full details are in the shipping policy.
5. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds follow the refund policy. Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery and sent only to the Fayetteville return address after approval. We do not charge a restocking fee.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or place orders with false information. We may cancel an order that appears fraudulent.
7. Liability
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including liability for a defective product where the law does not allow that limitation.
